What if it is raining?

Rain is typical in Vancouver BC so we come prepared for any weather! Our mobile units are equipped with canopies to handle any weather. Because the canopy needs some space to set up, there will have to be at least 5 feet of clearance around the vehicle. If it’s raining hard and wind is above 20 miles per hour we may need to postpone our appointment.

Can You Detail At My Home, Office or Apartment?

Accepted Answer

Yes we can! All we need is access to electricity and water. We carry extension cords for water and electricity as long as 100 feet so its easy for us to access power.

What's Included In An Interior Detail?

Full Wipe Down, Double Vacuum Interior, Clean all Windows, Clean & Protect Plastic, Upholstery clean, and extraction, Leather Treatment, Minor Pet Hair Removal, Minor Carpet Stain Removal, Detail Floor Mats, Detail Trunk, Air Freshener Treatment. Service takes Approximate time 2+ hours.

What's Included in Exterior Detail?

Professional hand wash, clay bar vehicle, bug and tar removal, detail rim faces and tires, dress and shine tires, dress all exterior plastic, clean wheel wells, minor sap removal, ceramic spray coating, touch up spot polish.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay the cancelation fee.If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $40 cancelation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.

What If I'm Not Satisfied With My Detail

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
